CHRISTMAS PARTY

SEVENOAKS COMMUNITY CENTRE

12th DECEMBER 2009

With over 150 guests, party games, a visit from Santa and a raffle with lots of tempting prizes (below), the Bradbourne Christmas party was lots of fun.

The food, as always, was delicious and we’re very grateful to Mrs. Lyford and her helpers for such a wonderful spread.

After the party festivities there was the annual prize-giving. It’s always very difficult to choose which riders to award trophies to because they all work so hard and achieve so much in their lessons.

So congratulations to all this year’s recipients - and for those who didn’t win a prize this year, there’s always next year  . . .

CHRISTMAS FAYRE

FOUR ELMS GARDEN CENTRE

28th NOVEMBER 2009

We were very pleased to take part in the Christmas Fayre at Four Elms Garden Centre, near Edenbridge, on Saturday 28th November 2009.

Other  locally prominent charities were also at the Fayre and Father Christmas was on hand to give out gifts to the children.

It was an excellent opportunity to sell our Christmas cards and we were very fortunate in having a magnum of champagne as first prize in our raffle. We raised £140 and made lots of new friends.

Rocky, our beautifully renovated rocking horse, spent an enjoyable but tiring afternoon giving rides to our younger visitors and was happy to have a lift home on the back of the Land Rover at the end of a busy day.
