BRADBOURNE RDA CHARITY BALL
THE PLOUGH INN BARN, HILDENBOROUGH

Ninety-eight people attended this fund raising event, which took place at the beautiful Plough Inn Barn, with its Minstrels Gallery and oak beams. Oil filled torches guided guests into the entrance where a photographer was on hand to capture the glamorous moment of arrival.

Mulled wine was served prior to the three-course meal, and compliments must go to the Plough for providing such an excellent meal which was served very quickly and efficiently.
The eight tables were decorated with tall candelabras and several hand tied posies of autumn themed flowers, interspersed with tea lights. Table décor was provided by www.davidjonesflowers.com of Edenbridge.
The auction and raffle were expertly compered by Sara Howe, and Gilly Roper thanked everyone for helping to raise money towards the rebuilding of the Club House at Bradbourne.
The band, Happy Daze, provided dancing through until 1am and the dance floor saw plenty of action all evening.
Many thanks to everyone who provided the generous raffle prizes, auction prizes and table sponsorship.
An initial total of £6,800 has been raised, and special thanks must go to Hilly Withenshaw and Jenna Leight for their help and contribution.
It was certainly a memorable and very enjoyable evening.
